REMIND Group : objectiver son expérience pour concevoir des projets

Abstract : A group of six inexperienced persons has got the task to conceive a programme for a permanent exhibition design project mostly based on innovative digital devices. We have led a life-size experience with those persons to have access to their visitor experience when put in similar situations as those expected for the project. Then, we have helped them to express verbally, to share and negotiate their experiences in a way to make them experts of their own experience. Using this expertise, the six persons were able to sketch an outline of their own digital devices project, in a way experts would have proceeded.
